Where does the time go?

So it seems I decided at some point it would be a good idea to start a blog, then my pregnancy came full term and I forgot all about my blog. My good friend Cara reminded me so nicely, that I may want to update, since my last posting says We are having another baby!
Olivia Danielle Medlock was born full term on her due date July 14, 2006.  Life with a toddler AND a newborn was a HUGE adjustment!  The last 3 years have been a huge blur filled with many joyous & blessed memories.
Fast forward 3 years, Savannah started Kindergarten a few weeks ago, Olivia started Preschool last week and Matt & I are trying hard to capture the moments, relish the moments & create great memories!
Can't promise I will remember to keep up on this blog...but I will try...especially w/ Cara bug in my ear!!

Updating....been a crazy few months!

Pregnancy News!
We are having another baby! Things have been crazy since we found out in Early October. My due date is currently July 14, 2006, but you know how those due dates are...probably will go sooner...maybe later. I just hope that I can at least get through 4th of July Festivities at my Aunt's! Fun Fun!

Savannah News!
She is getting bigger and bigger every day...a very bittersweet time for her Dad and I! She is learning new words, phrases and emotions daily. Some are good like empathy - some not so good like becoming more and more opinionated! All is good though. Gearing up for her 2nd birthday next month, another bittersweet time. The theme is Elmo - her favorite right now! Here is her and Elmo eating breakfast together at her insistence. Daddy didn't have the heart to tell her Elmo isn't real. HA!

E I E I ... E I E I

Savannah has made her singing debut with Old McDonald Had a Farm!
However the only part she repeats is E I...E I over and over and over.
It is rather funny to watch her try to get her mouth to move along with yours!
She is now starting to show interest in speaking more words. She is starting to point and tell us what things are like ....dog and daddy. She also has started letting us know when dinner is not to her satisfaction with the word "YUCK!"

Savannah has started to show her skills as a future member of the circus...as a MONKEY! She has been climbing ANYTHING she can get her body up - including our bookshelves and couches!!
